Users can now download PDFs of documents from either the documents full table or archive table. Once the download icon is clicked for an item, the file will automatically download under your 'My Downloads' section of the account.
Downloading PDFs from Documents Full Table
From the Documents Module, select 'Documents: Full Table' from the view selection dropdown.
On the full table, you will see a download icon in a column on the left side. You may click this icon to download a PDF of the file.
After clicking the download icon, the file will move to your 'My Downloads' section, ready to be downloaded to your local. The download link will be available in your 'My Downloads' section of the account for 14 days.
Downloading PDFs from Documents Archive Table
From the Documents Module, select 'Documents: Archive Table' from the view selection dropdown.
On the archive table, you will see a download icon in a column on the left side. You may click this icon to download a PDF of the file.
After clicking the download icon, the file will move to your 'My Downloads' section, ready to be downloaded to your local. The download link will be available in your 'My Downloads' section of the account for 14 days.
Downloading Documents in Bulk
You may download more than one document at at time by checking them off before downloading. The .zip file will move to your 'My Downloads' section, ready for download to your local.
Please note: users must have the role permission "Can Perform Group Actions". They must also have permission to export PDF files at the document level in order to bulk download documents from the Full Table.
