With our 29.3.0 release, users can now expand and collapse information on the training tab at the document level. "Expanding/collapsing individuals and roles" refers to a feature that allows administrators and trainers to manage document access and training assignments efficiently. When assigning training for a document, users can:

 

Expand: View a detailed list of individual employees or specific roles that need to complete the training.
 

Collapse: Hide the detailed list, displaying only a summary of the roles or groups assigned, simplifying the view when dealing with large numbers of trainees.

 

 

Scenario 1: Expand/Collapse a section

On the 'Manage Assigned Trainees' table at the document level, when  individuals and roles assigned are both assigned directly to the document or through a training course, users can click on the 'expand/collapse' icon for a section.

 

 

Scenario 2: Expand/Collapse state should NOT Stay Constant

On the 'Manage Assigned Trainees' table at the document level, when expanding/retracting sections and you close the tab, & refresh the page, the section is reseted to the default table view.

 

 

Scenario 3: Default state for Expand/Collapse

On the 'Manage Assigned Trainees' table, when refreshing, the default view of the sections is expanded.
