With our 29.2.0 release, significant improvements have been made to document PDF rendering and export capabilities. Now, when documents are rendered within the system, dynamic information such as user email and timestamp from the PDF header and watermark are automatically replaced with placeholders (i.e. "user email" or "timestamp"). This ensures performance and rendenring speed within ZenQMS. Importantly, when documents are exported and downloaded as PDFs, the timestamp and user email are accurately captured and included in the final file. This enhancement streamlines workflow efficiency and maintains performance across all stages of document management.

Above is an exported PDF example for reference. As a reminder, the information will be listed correctly on the PDF exported item; the placeholders will only display in the account when the item is being viewed.
