Training Records
On this tab, you will fill out historical training record data for any document that you are bringing into ZenQMS.
Trainee (email ID): email address of the trainee. This user must be on the “Users” tab.
Date Completed: the date the user completed the training
Document Name: name of the document that the user trained on. This must match the name of the document on the “Document” tab
Version #: the version number of the document that the user trained on. This must be a version of the document that you are bringing into ZenQMS.
Signature Reason: this is the reason code that appears on the training certificate. Since this training record was completed outside of ZenQMS, we have provided an example signature reason. If you would prefer to use your own, you may update this column.
Courses Template
On this tab, you will create your courses. On the following tabs, you will then establish the course syllabus and the trainees.
Course Name: the name of your training course
Description: what the course entails
Editor 1(email): the email address of the course editor. One is required. This user must be on the “Users” tab.
Editor 2(email): the email address of an additional course editor. This is optional. This user must be on the “Users” tab.
Editor 3(email): the email address of an additional course editor. This is optional. This user must be on the “Users” tab.
Documents-Course Template
On this tab, you will establish what documents are assigned to your courses.
Course Name: name of the course you are establishing the syllabus for. This comes from the “Courses Template” tab.
Document Name: the name of the document you are assigning to the course. This document name must match a document on the “Documents” tab.
Course Assignments
On this tab, you will assign roles OR users to courses.
Course Name: the name of the course you are assigning users. This course must be on the “Courses Template” tab.
Role Name: you can assign either roles OR users to a course. If you are assigning a role to a course, the role must be on the “Account - Roles Permissions” tab. Only one role or one user can be entered per line item as depicted in the screenshot above.
