During your ZenQMS implementation, you will have access to a progress report, showing you where you are at in the process and what is left to complete. This report comes from ChurnZero so your Implementation Specialist does not have the ability to fully customize the report.
At the top of the report, you will see the following items:
Status Bar - this will show you how far along in your implementation your team is
Start Date - the date you started your implementation
Completed Date - the date you completed your implementation
Days In - how many days since your implementation started
Below that you will see the different milestones of your journey like Super User Training, Validation/Qualification, Phase 1: Administration, etc. These are the different steps in your implementation process. Each phase has a start date, due date, and a status.
Not Started - this part of the implementation has not been started yet
On Track - based on your due date, you are on track to complete this step on time OR you did complete this step on time
Behind - based on your due date, you are a little behind on completing this step OR you completed this step a little late
Stuck - based on your due date, you are behind on completing this step OR you completed this step late
Next to those milestones, you will see a Gantt chart showing a visual of the different steps, their start dates, and their completed dates.
Above the report, you have the ability to change this to a table, or show the time intervals based on days, weeks, and months.
