Note: Users need the permissions "Can See All Documents (Read Only Access)" and "Can Edit Any Document in Category" at the document category level to add users to manage training challenge questions.
Training Challenge Questions
Training challenge questions are a great way to assess effectiveness of your training content and to reiterate key points or document key affirmations to satisfy a legal or compliance requirement. To add training challenge questions to a document for training, click on the add question tab:
A box will appear to create the question:
- Question: Add training challenge question.
- Type of question: There are two choices to choose from, multiple choice or true/false.
- Create Training Question: Click here when finished.
After the initial question is created, you can add more questions by clicking add question:
