All KPIs and Widgets listed below are available in the Issues Dashboard within the ZenQMS Insights Module.

 

Key Metrics:

 

Created Issues

The count of issues created within the defined filters. When using the date range filter, this tile is filtered by Created Date.

 

Active Issues

The count of issues that are currently active and not in the final stage within the defined filter. 

 

Stage 1 Issues

The count of any issues that are currently in stage 1. The date range filter does not impact this KPI.

 

Completed Issues

The count of issues that have been completed within the defined filters, regardless of when they were created. When using the date range filter, this tile is filtered by Completed Date.

 

Median Days to Completion

The median number of days it takes to complete an issue from the date it was created to completion in the final stage per issue in the defined filters. When using the date range filter, this tile is filtered by Project Due Date.

 

Average Days to Completion

The average number of days it takes to complete an issue from the date it was created to completion in the final stage per issue in the defined filters. When using the date range filter, this tile is filtered by Project Due Date.

 

 

Issue Category Snapshots:

 

Top Issue Categories

The top categories by the overall number of issues created in said categories within the defined filters. When using the date range filter, this widget is filtered by Created Date. 

 

Clicking into a state in any of the bars within the category will allow additional drill down capabilities that can be exported corresponding to the issues in the selected bars issues category. Drill Into Issues Details will display those records within the state of the issues selected in that category with additional metadata from the Issues Details table.

 

Time to Final Stage by Category Version

The median and average number of days it takes issues in the filtered view to complete per category. When using the date range filter, this widget is filtered by Completed Date. Creation date to the date the item transitions to a final stage (Date of last approval signature that triggers transition to final stage).

 

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to a horizontal bar graph with additional details that can be exported corresponding to the issue category selected and the actual stage duration vs target completion.

 

 

Issues Aging:

 

Stage 1 Issues

The number of issues in stage 1 and the time elapsed in # of days in stage 1 defined by the filters applied. The date range filter has no impact on this widget.

 

Time Elapsed buckets include: 

  • Change Control was created in last 10 days
  • Change Control was created 10-29 days ago
  • Change Control was created 30+ days ago

 

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to additional details that can be exported corresponding to the records in stage 1 and the time frame of the bar selected.

 

Created Issues Trend

The count of issues by month showing the # of issues created that month vs completion date where the line indicates the median days to completion. When using the date range filter, this widget is filtered by Created Date.

 

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to additional details that can be exported corresponding to the issues in the selected bars month/year. This will display all records in both an active and completed status for the month and year selected.

 

 

Past Due Issues:

 

Current Past Due Issues by Category

The count of current issues where Project Due Date or Stage Due Date is less than or equal to today’s date by category and due date. The date range filter does not impact this widget. 

 

Clicking into any of the bars within the category will allow additional drill down capabilities that can be exported corresponding to the issues in the selected bars category.

 

Past Due Issues by Month

The all time count of issues where Project Due Date or Stage Due Date were late at the end of the month. This is a historic look at issues at month end showing the number of items that appeared past due. Items might repeat in multiple months. When using the date range filter, this widget is filtered by Reporting Date.

 

Clicking into any of the bars will drill down to additional Past Due Issues details that can be exported corresponding to those records within the month selected with additional metadata for that month and year.

 

Issues Details

Depending on the filter applied, this will give you an overview of all issues with additional metadata fields. When using the date range filter, this table is filtered by Created Date. Clicking on an issues record ID or name and then clicking "More Details" will navigate you to the record in a new tab within Zen.
