Description
In this update, we're addressing the following bugs:
- TRAIN-1944: Users with identical names can sometimes view or download the incorrect training dossier - We are updating the routing for Training Dossier to remove the ability to access dossiers via direct URL. This ensures users always see the correct dossier, especially in cases where multiple users have identical or nearly identical names. Dossiers must now be accessed through the Training Records interface, preventing accidental viewing of the wrong user’s training data.
- TRAIN-1946: Callback error when opening training dossier for users with special characters and trailing spaces in their name - We resolved an issue where users attempting to view a Training Dossier encountered an error if the user's name contained both special characters (such as accents or diacritics) and an unintentional trailing space. This fix ensures that training records are accessible and that names containing international or accented characters are properly handled by the system.

Version Details
ZenQMS comprises a microservice architecture that breaks up large functions into smaller services. This reduces risk in the development and release process. As such this flagship release version is actually composed of the releases of the individual services components. It is entirely possible for a component service to not change versions in a release cycle even if other components do. Here is the summary for this release.
ZenQMS Release 30.2.1 contains the following “FixVersions”. We use FixVersion as an internal versioning scheme for our modules/services and maintain them in Jira.
