29.2.3 Release Notes

Description

This patch addresses a couple of bugs around Training records, Insights and Documents Module. Key updates include:

• DM-6799    Unable to view Documents on iPad, or on laptops using Chrome v.135 or Edge v.135
• TRAIN-1260    Document training: Wrong status and state for training records automatically added for workflow participants when document gets upversioned - users appear as coming due instead of compliant
• DM-6902    Document Training: The system mistakenly permits users assigned through a course to be unassigned directly from the document, leading to blank or invalid training statuses. Proper unassignment should occur only through the course.
• DM-6784    Document is incorrectly removed from course when upversioned in Approved state
• TRAIN-1302    Documents Training: Training record status is not correctly updated when retraining interval is changed and Past Due records should become At Risk/Not Due Yet because retraining interval was extended
• DM-6956    Prevent inconsistent '502 CORS network errors' that cause random timeouts and failures in the app especially when loading documents full table or rendering documents
• DM-7016    Document Reviewer replaced by Document Author and vice-versa in the Retirement Workflow
• DM-6937    Retirement Workflow does not match configured workflow set at Category Level when is not set to “Same as Approval workflow”
• DM-6919    Retirement Workflow does not match configured workflow set at Category Level when set to "Currently Set to Approval - Major Revision Workflow"
• DM-6791    All previous versions of a document should become Retired when current version is retired
• INSIGHT-522    Insights: Training Records Tables to include minor versions
• INSIGHT-519    Insights - % Document Versions Approved On Time  Visualization - Calculation Error in % Approved On Time Metric

Version Details

ZenQMS comprises a microservice architecture that breaks up large functions into smaller services. This reduces risk in the development and release process. As such this flagship release version is actually composed of the releases of the individual services components. It is entirely possible for a component service to not change versions in a release cycle even if other components do. Here is the summary for this release.

ZenQMS Release 29.2.3 contains the following “FixVersions”. We use FixVersion as an internal versioning scheme for our modules/services and maintain them in Jira.
