29.2.2 Release Notes

Description

This patch addresses a couple of bugs around Training dashboards, Daily Summary emails, Insights and PDF export. Key updates include:

• ZENQ-6661    Incorrect Coming and Past Due Trainings in Daily Summary
• TRAIN-1261    Disabled users should not be included in Training Status counts & tables from Main & Training dashboards
• PDF-882    For some Documents older than 1 year, the attached file is not converted to PDF and is not visible in the PDF rendering in the application or in the PDF export
• MIG-493    Documents migrated in during the Implementation process by ZenQMS Implementation team is not mapping correctly the Document Security field
• INSIGHT-517    'Insights: Training' dashboard was counting inactive historical training records and future training Events towards completed training record counts, when it should not

Version Details

ZenQMS comprises a microservice architecture that breaks up large functions into smaller services. This reduces risk in the development and release process. As such this flagship release version is actually composed of the releases of the individual services components. It is entirely possible for a component service to not change versions in a release cycle even if other components do. Here is the summary for this release.

ZenQMS Release 29.2.2 contains the following “FixVersions”. We use FixVersion as an internal versioning scheme for our modules/services and maintain them in Jira.
