29.0.6 Release Notes

Description

This patch will fix a number bugs, mostly in the Documents Module:

• DM-6246    Advanced Filters being removed upon scrolling
• DM-6320    Approval Draft Workflow for Minor Revisions Missing Author's Signature Requirement
• DM-6367    Date Format of Custom Fields is Different in Docs Full Table
• DM-6368    Spaces in File Names Are Showing as '%20'
• DM-6390    Tab titles are changing based on the last Draft Review tab opened
• DM-6414    "Based on Days From Approval" Effective Date field needs to be updated in the backend to not allow saving null/empty values
• DM-6465    On upversion, completed users receive training notifications
• DM-6484    Changing the "Show/Hide Training fields and assignments" throws an error when the target date setting is based on training %
• DM-6499    Review Date does not update when you change the review interval to "Never"
• DM-6500    Reviews are not being rendered in account audit trail table only after you start a workflow for it
• DM-6508    Document ID filter on Documents full table not limited to number values
• DM-6510    Required Custom Fields Not Required for Categories' Documents when the category has not been upversioned
• DM-6526    Searching in Column or Keyword Search while using a Saved Table View does not return accurate search results
• DM-6532    Backend Permission not allowing Authors to delete draft
• DM-6536    Super Users, Can Edit Category permissions cannot edit the Description and Version Comment fields in Approved and Effective Documents
• DM-6556    Docs Full Table: Advanced Filters not saving as part of Table Views
• IM-1511    Overlapping Signature and Custom Fields
• TRAIN-1160    When documents are retired, they are not removed from courses and User cannot export training course anymore

Version Details

ZenQMS comprises a microservice architecture that breaks up large functions into smaller services. This reduces risk in the development and release process. As such this flagship release version is actually composed of the releases of the individual services components. It is entirely possible for a component service to not change versions in a release cycle even if other components do. Here is the summary for this release.

ZenQMS Release 29.0.6 contains the following “FixVersions”. We use FixVersion as an internal versioning scheme for our modules/services and maintain them in Jira.
