Description

This patch will fix a number bugs in the Documents Module:

• DM-6032    Delegate dropdown is not populated with users, even if the users/roles are added correctly
• DM-6041    Review Dates aren't being reflected correctly in Minor Revisions and Retired Documents
• DM-6318    Linked records with Issue type in the Document pulling the details from the "Description" field within the Issue itself
• DM-6384    Custom fields are not visible in Documents Full Table for documents created via Batch Upload
• DM-6394    Documents in Draft, Draft Review, Reviewed, Rejected State not appearing in Items Past Due on the Main Dashboard (My Dashboards Only)
• DM-6398    Categories table incorrectly sorting on the created date, which can cause a category to appear on multiple pages. Table should sort on Name and Version
• DM-6399    Required Custom Fields Not Required for Legacy Categories' Documents
• DM-6405    "PDF Header with Document Data" field at the document level should not impact User time stamp/Page numbers settings from category
• DM-6417    Changes at the Category level to Permissions and PDF Settings do not save
• DM-6418    Error page "It looks like you found an error, we are working hard to resolve it." found after navigating to the document category page from the documents full table
• DM-6421    Leaving the Advanced Filter slider open and then closing the full table tab, then re-opening the full table tab prevents the Advanced Filter from re-opening again
• DM-6429    Signature reason for rejection signatures state "I have received and approve this document"
• DM-6436    Users that are participants in active approval workflow, doesn't see the entire answer for the training challenge questions
• DM-6444    Console error when a trainee opens a document from dashboard they are assigned to train on
• DM-6462    Users with read only access on the category level cannot click the Suggest Edits button
• DM-6471    Misspelling in warning message when trying to mark a trainee compliant when they are already compliant
• DM-6480    Fields in draft categories should not be editable after version 1
• DM-6481    Users with read only permissions granted on the category level OR assigned to train on a document doesn't have the Submit button displayed when logging a note in the Suggested Edits
• DM-6493    Signature reason on execute signature slider for rejection of signatures states "I have reviewed and approve this document" 
• IM-1513    Save Button Grayed out when attempting to add new selections to Stage Custom Field Single/Multi Select Options in Active Categories
• IM-1514    Paragraph field not auto expanding in Issues & Change Control
• IM-1515    Details Section of Issue/Change Control Collapses as Title/Description is Updated
• PDF-845    Some PDF source files with images were not converting correctly when rendered in WebViewer OR exported to PDF
• PDF-849    File "cannot be converted or is corrupted"
• PDF-855    Some PDF source files were throwing an error in the PDF viewer when trying to upload due to final operation of merging different parts into the final PDF
• TM-296    Links are removed between Tasks and Documents when exporting a Issue/Change Control to PDF and option selected for 'Include All Tasks'
• ZENQ-6620    Daily Summary Email shows pending signatures from Docs V1 as Events or Audit pending data
• ZENQ-6621    Escalation notice in daily summary showing Documents that are due for periodic review in the future
• ZENQ-6622    Training notifications are not sent to the users even if the Document notifications are set

Impact

This release impacts users in the Documents Module, Issues Module, Change Control Module, Task Module, exporting documents to PDF, and users receiving Daily Summaries.

Version Details

ZenQMS comprises a microservice architecture that breaks up large functions into smaller services. This reduces risk in the development and release process. As such this flagship release version is actually composed of the releases of the individual services components. It is entirely possible for a component service to not change versions in a release cycle even if other components do. Here is the summary for this release.

ZenQMS Release 29.0.5 contains the following “FixVersions”. We use FixVersion as an internal versioning scheme for our modules/services and maintain them in Jira.
