Navigate to 'Settings >Administration >Site Management'. Click on add new site and fill in the information below. Click create new site when completed.
Once the site is created, click on the hyperlinked percentage icon to see what else needs to be completed prior to being ready to receive or respond to an audit.
Click on each section's hyperlink to update the information.
Site/vendor information can also be updated & managed by clicking on the dropdown next to the site/vendor name.
