Click on 'Settings >Administration >Site Management'. Next to the site/vendor information, select the dropdown option.
From here, you can:
Update Basic Information
This is for high-level 'business card' details. Use this to change the site’s name, physical address, or phone number.
Update Service Profile
This defines what the site actually does. You would use this to select or edit the specific services provided.
Update Key Personnel
This is for managing the points of contact for this site. It allows you to list the Quality Manager, Site Lead, or Regulatory contact. All users for these points of contact must be users in the account.
Update Certifications
This is where you track the site's compliance credentials. You can upload and manage expiration dates for ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, 13485), FDA registrations, or other industry-specific licenses.
Merge this Site
Combines duplicate profiles into one. All historical data and documents are consolidated to prevent data silos.
Remove this Site
Deactivates the site/vendor profile and will disassociate the site/vendor from your company. ZenQMS staff will review the site/vendor to see if it belongs to someone else or delete it permanently if it is not claimed or does not have any audits/data associated with it.
