For audits, two of the text block sections (Audit Report Body and Audit Report Closeout) allow you to use Form Templates. When selected, these templates will populate all configuration settings and text values within the specific text block. Overall, form templates can significantly improve the time required and accuracy when completing issue investigations.
Creating Form Templates
Click on 'Settings >Administration >Configuration'. You will then see a forms template tab.
Here, you have two options; update the preconfigured 'standard audit closeout' message, and/or create a new template for your audit reports.
Editing the Stock Standard Audit Closeout Message
Select the option from the dropdown. In the next screen, you will see the stock message. You may update this message as needed.
Adding an Audit Report Template
Click on create new. Give the template a name, import your template file, select whether this template is for the audit report body or audit report close out from the dropdown, and save when finished.
Using Form Templates
When you are working on an audit, to use a form template, you will need to:
Navigate to either the audit report tab or audit close out window. If using the audit report body template, click on edit this version. Once you do this action, you will see an option to add the report body template. If using the audit report close out template, once you click on the 'pending auditee response' state a popup will appear and you will see the option to add the audit report close out template.
If you select the incorrect template, you will need to delete all text from the text block before selecting the correct template.
