Description

This patch will fix a number of known bugs in the Documents Module:

• AUTH-1393: Newly created user can see all options in the Settings page, but can't access pages they don't have access to
• DM-5576: Assigned additional author on a document unable to delegate approval signature 
• DM-5686: The ability to Cancel Draft Reviews needs to have category permission to cancel workflows
• DM-5706: Email notifications to Author for a Suggested Edit reference a Draft Review workflow
• DM-5770: Incomplete draft reviews still accessible in Reviews slider after the document is approved
• DM-5771: Document Items Past Due and Signatures Needed not appearing in the Daily Summary
• DM-5773: Daily Summary escalation notice should truncating the list to the first 100 items
• DM-5824: The 'Permanently Delete' button should be disabled on the Archive Table if the 'Archive Rules' conditions have not been met
• DM-5872: Unable to export Documents Dashboard and Archive Full Table via Excel
• DM-6091: Cannot edit Effective Date when document is in state Awaiting Approval
• DM-6108: Error when executing signature on periodic review with the same user appearing twice in the workflow
• DM-6146: Some file types and content are unable to be uploaded as a File 
• DM-6147: Users assigned on a Periodic Review who are not Authors or Super Users cannot complete review
• DM-6158: Advanced filters being wiped on column filtering in the Full Table
• DM-6160: Retirement workflows are not including Author(s)
• DM-6182: After launching retirement workflow, the author is showns as doc reviwer
• DM-6224: User is able to create multiple draft version for a document
• DM-6234: Creating a second Approved version of a document doesnt retire all past versions
• DM-6239: Create banner to show latest document version
• ZENQ-6614: Filters were breaking on Account Audit Trail table after one filter removal

We expect little to no downtime. 

Version Details

ZenQMS comprises a microservice architecture that breaks up large functions into smaller services. This reduces risk in the development and release process. As such this flagship release version is actually composed of the releases of the individual services components. It is entirely possible for a component service to not change versions in a release cycle even if other components do. Here is the summary for this release.

ZenQMS Release 29.0.1 contains the following “FixVersions”. We use FixVersion as an internal versioning scheme for our modules/services and maintain them in Jira.
