ZenQMS can automatically generate training challenge questions based on the content of a document. Instead of manually writing every question, admins can ask the AI to suggest questions, review them, and accept, edit, or reject each one before they go live. Questions are never published without your approval.
Enabling the Feature
This feature is turned off by default. An admin must enable it before it becomes available by clicking 'Settings >AI Features'. Find Suggest Training Challenge Questions and turn it on.
Adding AI Generated Training Challenge Questions
From the document level, click the training cap icon.
Next, click the training challenge questions tab then click the 'suggest test questions' option.
The AI feature will start to create the questions.
The generated questions will display in the slider. You can edit, accept, and/or reject the questions as needed.
The questions that you accept will be listed in the slider. When users are assigned to train on the document, they must answer the questions correctly or they can not sign off for training completion.
