Open the module full table. Customize the table as desired by selecting columns to pull into the table. The columns can be moved from left to right as needed.
If there are account custom fields added to an Issue category, these custom field columns can be pulled into the full table after the category is selected from the category dropdown.
After the table is set the way you wish, click the gear icon and select create new view. Give the view a name and save it. Once the view is saved it can be accessed by selecting the table views dropdown.
The table views that you create are private to yourself unless you make them public for the whole company. You can adjust the privacy setting under the gear icon.
