Reopening a Closed/Completed Issue Stage
Once signed in as the super editor, closed stages can be reopened by clicking the cancel workflows and revert to this phase option. Please keep in mind that you can not reopen the first stage only, if there are stages completed under the first stage. You must reopen each stage, starting with the latest, until you climb up the ladder back to the first stage.
