Assignments

1. Depending on the module that your team is planning to use, create either a change control or issue called Lesson 9 - [your last name]
   • Example:
     • Lesson 9 - Lawrence
2. Place either the change control or issue into the category that you created in Lesson #8
3. Fill out the 1st stage of either the change control or issue, but do not click either blue button at the bottom of the stage

1. Create a task called Lesson 9 Task - [your last name] and place the task into the 2nd stage
   • Example:
     • Lesson 9 Task - Lawrence
     • 2nd Stage - Lawrence
2. Assign the task to another user within your account

1. Click the blue button at the bottom of the 1st stage that will move your change control or issue to the second stage
2. Select a stage assignee for the 2nd stage
3. Launch the stage workflows
4. Sign to complete the 1st stage of either your change control or issue
