Requesting a Due Date Extension for an Issue Record
Open the issue record. In the details section, click on the due date extension icon.
A slider box will open. Enter a new due date and a comment. Select the appropriate user to approve the project due date extension. Additional approval steps can be added if needed. Launch the workflow when ready.
Any due date extension requests will be logged in the due date history log.
Requesting a Due Date Extension for an Issue Stage
Open the issue record. In the stage, click on the due date extension icon.
Follow the same steps outlined above to request a stage due date extension.
Requesting a Due Date Extension for an Issue Task
Open the task. In the details section, click the due date extension icon.
Follow the same steps outlined above to request a task due date extension.
