Creating a New Issue Record

Click on the create new button and select issue

Give the record a name, select the category and project due date, and click create

Details

Title/Short Description: Title of the record

Project Due Date: The record's due date. Users can review the due date history timeline, or request a new project due date here. 

Project Assignees: Project assignees are the owners of the record.

Tasks List: All tasks for the record are listed here. Users can review their tasks full table and clicking the blue plus button allows you to create a new project task.

Links/Attachments: The two icons allow you to link an item or upload an attachment.

 

Stages 

Stage Due Date: The stage's due date. Users can review the due date history timeline, or request a new stage due date here. 

Stage Assignees: Users who are assigned to the stage. Clickin the blue plus button allows you to add additional stage assignees.

Tasks List: If there are tasks for this stage, they will be listed here. The blue plus button allows you to create a new stage specific task.

Links/Attachments: The two icons allow you to link other account items and upload attachments

Stage Fields: Any stage fields that need filled in.

Transition Buttons: Users will click to the appropriate option to move on to the next stage.

Chat Log: Found at the bottom of the page, allows users to log comments in regards to the stage. The comment is logged and time stamped.

 

Once a transition button is selected, a slider box will open. This slider box displays the workflow step that need to be completed to move on to the next stage.

Stage Assignee: The user completing the stage will have their name listed here and will be required to sign first.

Approval Workflow Steps: If there are approval steps listed, select the appropriate user from the dropdown to approve your stage completion.

Add Another Step: The user can add an additional ad hoc approval workflow step, if needed.

Select Assignee for Next Stage: Select the user from the dropdown that is to complete the next stage.

Launch Stage Workflows: Click here to start the approval workflows for this stage.

 

After the workflows are complete, the next stage will open. Users will repeat these steps until all stages have been completed. 

 

Note: We recommend that final stages be labeled something that is obvious and users will know that it is a FINAL stage. 

 

Exporting a Record

If you would like to export the record to a PDF, you may do so by clicking more options and selecting export
