Full Table Overview

 

The issues module full table is the primary access point for managing and tracking all records within your account. This view allows users to review the complete lifecycle of every record—whether it's open, closed-completed, or closed-cancelled. The table is fully customizable, enabling you to tailor the display columns to suit your specific needs. You can also save personalized table views, ensuring that the data you need most is always just a click away for effortless and faster navigation. From the issue module dashboard, select the 'Issues: Full Table' option to access the table.

Users can filter the table via the available columns and also by the category selector drop down. If there are category specific custom fields, the category will need to be selected from this drop down first before the custom fields column will be available to add to the table.

Table views can be created and saved by clicking the gear icon. To access the saved table views, click on the table views drop down.
