The issues dashboard displays a pipeline bar chart that categorizes issue records by their due date, providing a clear look at records that are due for both the current month and the remainder of the year. Like all dashboards in the account, this dashboard utilizes a standard status color-coding traffic-light system: red (past due) identifies records that have already exceeded their target completion date, yellow (at risk) highlights records approaching their deadline, and green (compliant) indicates records that are currently on schedule within their allotted time frame.
To drill down the information in the chart, click on any of the graph bars. The table will drill down below the chart. To open any record in the table, click on the records key ID. Similar to the other tables in the account, you may use the advanced filter, edit columns, and/or export the table as needed.
