The Tasks Module Dashboard tracks tasks across the application. Much our other modules, it provides a high-level visual summary designed to help you maintain compliance and hit deadlines. The main feature of this dashboard is the tasks pipeline, a dynamic bar chart that organizes your assignments by their specific due dates. This visual forecast allows you to see your current tasks and also tasks for the remainder of the calendar year. To help you prioritize your tasks the pipeline uses a standard traffic-light color system: red (past due) for items that have already missed their deadline, yellow (at risk) for upcoming tasks that require immediate attention, and green (compliant) for tasks that are currently on schedule.
The dashboard is fully interactive, allowing you to move from a high-level overview to specific task details with a single click. By clicking on any colored bar within the Tasks Pipeline, the system automatically filters the data table at the bottom of the screen. This drill-down action reveals the specific task names, assigned users, and exact due dates associated with that selection, enabling you to transition immediately from monitoring your status to executing your work. Similar to the other tables you may add/remove columns, use the advanced filter, and/or export the table.
In the top right-hand corner, the 'select your view' dropdown menu allows you to adjust the scope of the data displayed on your dashboard.
My Tasks Dashboard: This is the most common view for users, as it displays only the specific tasks assigned directly to you.
My Direct Reports Dashboard: This view automatically gathers every task assigned to the users you are the supervisor of and puts them into one single view.
My Company Dashboard: This view provides a high-level overview of all tasks across the entire company.
Tasks: Full Table: This view removes the bar graphs and provides a comprehensive, searchable list of all tasks.
