Logging in for the First Time & Completing General User Training via SCORM

Wahoo! Congrats on getting invited to log in to ZenQMS for the first time. Here is what you need to know.

 

You will get an email invitation that looks like the one below. It has invitation link that will allow you to setup your account -- the link expires in 24 hours, so please make sure to log in as soon as possible. If this window is missed, the email contains instructions on how to resolve.

When you click the link, you will be brought to the password page. You will be asked to setup a password that fits the stated requirements. Once this is complete, click on the submit button to move forward.

 

Single Sign On (SSO) Users: if your company is utilizing Single Sign On to log into ZenQMS, you will NOT need to create a password. You will be utilizing Single Sign On to log into ZenQMS.

You will then be redirected and logged into the account and land on your Main Dashboard. On the left is your assignment status chart. Click on the yellow section of your training bar. The widget will drill down a data table. Click 'train now' to start.

The training will open in a new tab. You can scroll through the material in the viewer on the left and review any information needed on the right. When the training is finished, click on complete training

A slider will open where you will need to sign off on completion. Once you have successfully signed off, the training item will move from the yellow section of your training bar to the green section.
