Note: Users will need the permission "Account Reports" to access and download reports.
With our 29.3.0 release, we are introducing the Reports Library which is located within the Settings module. With the appropriate permissions, users can download reports directly from the account. These reports are available to download to an Excel or CSV file. Please note the previous Reports Module has been removed from the left navigation and can no longer be accessed.
Reports Library Descriptions
Administration & Settings: Account Single and Multiple Select Custom Field Options Report
Description: List of all account single and multiple select custom fields and their choices.
This report displays all “Single Selection” and “Multiple Selection” custom field choices configured for these account custom field types. These are the account custom fields found under Settings>Account>Custom Fields.
Administration & Settings: Custom Field Analysis Report (Legacy)
Description: List of legacy custom fields related to the Audits, QSheets, and Tests modules.
This report displays the current custom fields and their metadata configured for Audits, QSheets, and Test modules. These custom fields are found under Settings>Administration>Configuration>Custom Fields.
Administration & Settings: Group/Role Legacy Permission Report
Description: List of legacy permissions related to Training, Audits, QSheets, and Administration settings.
This report displays the permissions set for the Training, Audits, QSheets, and Administration modules. These permissions are found under Settings>Administration>Configuration>Groups/Permissions. These permissions are linked to functionality in these specific modules.
Administration & Settings: User Notification Settings Report
Description: Lists user notification settings per module, along with the corresponding account settings and an indication of which settings are applied.
This report displays the current user notification settings for each user within an account. These individual user notification settings can be found by individuals under Settings>User Profile>Notifications. The account settings can be found by admins or users with permissions under Settings>Account>Notification Defaults.
Module Column: displays the module the notification setting applies to.
Applied Settings Column: displays if the current setting is controlled by an admin at the account level or set by the individual user at the user level.
Default Frequency, Default Weekday, Default Hour (UTC): displays the current setting for the applicable row item.
Account Default Is Locked?: displays if the current setting is locked at the account level by an administrator.
Administration & Settings: User Roles Detailed Report
Description: List of roles and all users assigned to those roles.
This report displays all active and disabled user role membership configurations. These role configurations can be found under Settings>Account>Roles/Permissions.
Change Control, Issues, and Tasks: Open Change Control, Issues, and Tasks Report
Description: List of all open change controls, issues, and tasks with their immediate due date and current assignee(s).
This report displays all open change controls, issues, and tasks within a member. This is simply providing users with an aggregated list of all open items in these modules with current due date and assignee.
Change Controls: Change Control Project and Stage Completion Date Report
Description: List of all change control project and stage start dates, due dates, and completion dates.
This report displays all change control project and stage start dates, due dates, and completion dates in one aggregate table. This report will tell you how many days a project or stage was open and whether they were completed on-time or past due.
Documents: Document Category Custom Field Settings Report
Description: A list of all document category custom fields for all category versions.
This report displays all document category custom field configurations for all document category versions.
Documents: Document Category General and PDF Export Option Settings Report
Description: A list of all document category settings configured under the General and PDF Export Options tabs.
This report will display the document category configurations found under the General and PDF Export Options tabs for all versions. When updating these specific document category settings, the updates are applied to all category versions, retired, draft, active. Thus you will not see results for all versions here.
Documents: Document Category Permission Settings Report
Description: List of all document category permission settings.
This report will display the document category configurations found under the Permission tab for all versions. When updating these specific document category settings, the updates are applied to all category versions, retired, draft, active. Thus you will not see results for all versions here.
Documents: Document Category Workflow Settings Report
Description: List of all document category workflow configurations for each category version.
This report displays all document category workflow configurations for all document category versions. Document Category Workflow configurations are version controlled and you will see workflow configurations for all category versions.
Documents: Documents Controlled Copy Report
Description: List of all controlled copies that have been issued to users.
This report displays all document controlled copies that have been issued in your account. The report includes details to determine issuance, dates, and recipients.
Documents: Document Training Challenge Question Count Report
Description: List of all documents and total number of training challenge questions for each.
This report displays all of your documents and how many training challenge questions are configured for each document.
Documents: Document Training Challenge Question Details Report
Description: List of documents with training challenge questions including question text, choices, answers and pass/fail percentage.
This report only displays documents with training challenge questions configured. The report includes all configured question and answer details.
Issues: Issue Project and Stage Completion Date Report
Description: List of all issue project and stage start dates, due dates, and completion dates.
This report displays all change control project and stage start dates, due dates, and completion dates in one aggregate table. This report will tell you how many days a project or stage was open and whether they were completed on-time or past due.
Training: Training Course Assignments Report
Description: All training course assignments including group/role and individual assignments and if the user is course compliant.
This report displays all current training course assignments and how the user was assigned to that course. Users may be assigned to a training course as part of a role or as an individual. The report will also display if the user is compliant or non-compliant on all items in that training course syllabus.
Training: Training Course Syllabus Report
Description: All training course syllabus content including both documents and OJT events.
This report displays all documents or OJT training events assigned to a training course syllabus. The report includes some metadata related to each document and training event.
Training: Training Events and Tests Pending Approval Signatures Report
Description: All training events and tests that are pending approval signatures.
This report displays any training event or test that requires an approval signature to be completed.
