Administration & Settings: Custom Field Analysis Report (Legacy)
Description: A comprehensive list detailing the current custom fields and their metadata specifically used by the Audits, QSheets, and Tests modules. Find these fields in Settings > Administration > Configuration > Custom Fields.
Administration & Settings: Group/Role Legacy Permission Report
Description: Displays the legacy permissions for the Training, Audits, QSheets, and Administration modules. These settings are managed under Settings > Administration > Configuration > Groups/Permissions.
Administration & Settings: User Notification Settings Report
Description: This report serves as a central registry for every user's notification preferences across all system modules, comparing them against the account-wide defaults. It helps administrators and users understand which settings are currently active and where they originate.
- Module Column: Identifies the specific product module the notification setting applies to (e.g., Projects, Tasks, Invoicing).
- Applied Settings Column: Indicates the source of the current setting:
- User: The setting was defined by the individual user in Settings > User Profile > Notifications.
- Account: The setting is controlled by an administrator's choice in Settings > Account > Notification Defaults.
- Default Frequency, Default Weekday, Default Hour (UTC): Displays the current, active notification preference for the user (e.g., Daily, Monday, 09:00).
- Account Default Is Locked?: Shows if an administrator has prevented the user from overriding the Account Default setting.

Change Control, Issues, and Tasks: Open Change Control, Issues, and Tasks Report
Description: This report provides a consolidated view of all active change controls, issues, and tasks for a member, detailing their immediate due dates and assigned personnel for quick workload management.
Change Controls: Change Controls and Tasks Due Date Extension Request Report
Description: This report provides a complete list of completed and pending due date extension requests for Change Controls and their associated tasks. It details whether the extension applied to a Project, Stage, or Task, and displays all applicable users and dates related to the request process.
Change Controls: Change Control Project and Stage Completion Date Report
Description: This report provides an aggregate table detailing the start, due, and completion dates for all change control projects and their respective stages. By summarizing this lifecycle data, the report allows users to quickly determine the duration a project or stage remained open and assess its on-time performance relative to the established due dates.
Change Controls: Change Control Workflow History Report
Description: Provides a list of all active and completed change controls, including the full workflow history. For each workflow step, detail the name of the individual who signed, the date and time of their signature, and the reason or comment provided for the signature/approval.

Documents: Document Category General and PDF Export Option Settings Report
Description: This report details the document category settings configured under the General and PDF Export Options tabs. Note that when these settings are updated, the changes apply universally to all category versions—including retired, draft, and active versions. Therefore, the report will not display results broken down by individual version.

Description: This report provides a complete list of all Document Category Workflow Configurations, detailing the specific configurations associated with every version of each document category. Since these configurations are version controlled, the report ensures you see the workflow settings for all existing category iterations, not just the latest ones.

Description: This report will display all documents that have a file attachment(s). It will display some document metadata, the total number of attachments, and the attachment name(s).
Documents: Document Link Report
Description: This report provides an inventory of all currently active ZenQMS documents, linking the document to its unique, direct URL. The report also includes associated metadata for each entry.

Description: A list of all documents in the Documents: Archive Table, noting if they were archived due to being upversioned or made obsolete. The report also includes associated metadata for each entry.

Training: Active User Training Report
Description: This report presents training data for all active users, including relevant training metadata and whether each training item was completed on time or past due.
The maximum number of rows a single worksheet in modern versions of Microsoft Excel can display is 1,048,576.
If the data in this report exceeds that limit, any rows beyond the maximum will not appear when the file is opened in Excel. Please be aware of this limitation if you are working with extremely large datasets.
Training: Disabled User Training Report
Description: This report presents training data for all disabled users, including relevant training metadata and whether each training item was completed on time or past due.

Training: Document Training Assignment Report
Description: This report provides a comprehensive list of all member-account documents that have assigned trainees. It clarifies the assignment method, specifying if trainees were assigned directly to the document or through a training course, and whether the assignment was to the trainee as an individual or as a member of a role.
Training: SCORM Training Report
Description: This full report captures the complete SCORM training history for every user, including both active and disabled accounts. Key metrics provided are completion dates, scores, number of attempts, and total time spent on the training.
Training: Training Course Assignments Report
Description: This report provides a detailed view of all current training course assignments for a user. It specifies how the user was assigned (e.g., as part of a group/role or as an individual) and indicates the user's overall compliance status (compliant/non-compliant) for all required items within the course syllabus.
Training: Training Course Syllabus Report
Description: This report displays all documents and On-the-Job Training (OJT) events assigned to a training course syllabus. It also includes key metadata for each document and OJT event.
Training: Training Event Assignment Report
Description: This report provides a detailed view of all assigned training events for users and roles. It tracks assignments across groups, individual users, and structured training courses (such as On-the-Job Training/OJT events). Key data points include:
- Assignment Type: Whether the trainee was assigned directly to an event or via a training course.
- Due Dates and Training Dates: The required completion and scheduled event dates.
- Compliance Status: Current compliance for each assignment.
Training: Training Events and Tests Pending Approval Signatures Report
Description: This report lists all training events and tests that require an approval signature.
Training: Training Test Question Standard Report
Description: This report provides a complete, aggregated view of all training tests, detailing the test metadata, configuration settings, and full question-level data including text, correct answers, and performance statistics.
Training: Training Test User Results Report
Description: This report provides the overall scores and attempt outcomes for all trainees across every training test. Individual test question scores are not included.
Note: The current row limit for a single worksheet in modern versions of Microsoft Excel is 1,048,576. If your report's data exceeds this number, any rows beyond the limit won't appear when you open the file in Excel. To ensure you capture all of your data, it's best to download the CSV version of the report if your output is expected to have more than 1,048,576 rows.
