Turning the module on

Note: This step will require the user to have permission to access the Active Modules page in order to complete these steps.

Upon logging in, navigate to the Settings tab and then access the Active Modules page. You will see an option for Insights, and you can enable the toggle here:

This will enable the module and by default will be visible for all users assigned to the role Administration: Account Super User

Granting access to users in your account

If you'd like to grant additional access to users, you can manage this in the Account Roles/Permissions. By default, all users assigned to the Administration: Account Super User role will have permission. To grant additional access, open up the Role and select the checkbox in the slider.

Note: Granting permission to this module will also grant that user access to ALL data across all modules and categories. Please keep this in mind if there are data privacy concerns.

Navigating to the Insights module

Once permission has been granted, the user will see the Insights icon on their Home dashboard and can see the additional KPIs and dashboards available in this module. For a full list of the KPIs and dashboards available, please read the Beta Feature: Dashboards and KPIs Available in Insights article.
