The Documents Module Dashboard Overview

The documents module dashboard tracks every file due for periodic review and monitors target approval dates, specifically highlighting deadlines that are approaching or overdue. To help you prioritize, overdue documents are displayed in a dedicated bar on the graph. This chart provides a rolling view of your timeline, covering the current month plus the next 11 months and follows the application's color code system: green (compliant), yellow (at risk), and red (past due). 

 

To drill down the information in the chart, click on any of the graph bars. The table will drill down below the chart.

Use the column selector to add or remove headers so you're only looking at the data you actually need. To find something specific, apply an advanced filter to narrow down your results. Once you’ve organized the view exactly how you want it, simply click the download icon to export the information for your records.

Documents Dashboard View Options

From the view selector at the top right, you can change the view of your dashboard to the options shown in the dropdown.

My Documents Dashboard: All documents that you are the owner of.

My Direct Reports Dashboard: Documents that are owned by your direct reports.

My Company Dashboard: Company wide document information is here.

Documents Full Table: Access to the account's documents full table. 

Documents Archive Table: Access to the account's archived documents.
