Issues Module - Configuring a Cancellation Workflow

This article explains the journey to create a Cancellation Workflow for Issues.

Creating a Cancellation workflow for Issues will allow you to close out any duplicate or no longer needed issues. This helps prevent you from needing to delete the item from the application.

  1. Navigate to the Draft state Issues Configuration and select Mange Stages and Transitions.

  2. Click on the Blue + button to add a new stage.Cancellation_2.png

  3. Enter the "Issue Cancelled" Stage name, check the box for final stage, and select Save.Cancellation_3.png
  4. Add new Transitions to the "Issue Cancelled" Stage from anywhere within the workflow and select save.
