PI/PHI Flag - Proprietary Information and/or Protected Health Information

You now have the option to mark a category and items under that category as containing Proprietary Information and/or Protected Health Information.  If the setting under the category "General Settings" is set to "Yes" all items that are created under that category will have a red symbol at the top of the item to alert users that the item does or may contain PI/PHI information.
