Below is a recording of our 'Utilizing the Audits Module - Best Practices' webinar hosted by our VP of Client Success, Emily Ruth, our SME, Nathan Kim, and our senior support specialist, Claire Latham.
Q: If we share a site or make it public who is responsible to update the information for that site? We approve all public Qseets. So if someone does need to update a Qsheet they can, but it will be approved by Zen.
Q: Should you set up a QSheet for internal departments that are audited or is Qsheet for auditing external customers? Qsheets can be used for both internal and external; you can create QSheets for your internal departments. If you want internal audits, you would check the internal facility box in that case.
Q: Can you clarify the effect of setting a supplier to "internal"? (that yes/no check box) How does this impact (if at all) multiple ZenQMS clients who may use the same vendor? If you select a vendor as internal, this means that only your team can see AND update the basic site information - name, address, phone number, etc. For external audits, this information can be managed by multiple clients. If you find out a vendor changed their name, you can then update that name and it will update for all clients once reviewed. Updates made to QSheets are reviewed on Fridays by the ZenQMS team.
Q: What is the difference between using the audit button on the left side of the dashboard versus using the QSheet? In regards to using the “Create New Report” on the left side of the QSheet or going into the Reports of a Qsheet and creating the new report there, there is no difference!
