Note: All users assigned to the 'Administration: Account Super User' role can perform the actions below. If users are not assigned to this role, they will need the role permission 'Can Set a Training Item as Compliant / Non-Compliant and Extend Due Dates For Any User' & document category permissions of 'Can See All Documents (Read Only Access)' & 'Can Edit Any Document in Category' to perform the actions below. 

 

With our 30.0.0 release, users can now leave a comment when forcing users to retrain on a document. This comment will display in the account audit trail under the 'Comments' column. 

 

 

Adding a Comment

Open the training document from the documents full table. Click the training cap icon; a slider will appear.

Select the users that you would like to force to retrain. Once all the appropriate users are selected, please click the 'Group Actions' option and select 'Force Selected Users to Retrain'.

A slider box will appear where you can sign off on this action, as well as leave a comment. Once finished, please click on 'Submit Electronic Signature'.

The selected users will now have a new due date displayed under the 'Due Date' column.

Note: The due dates are calculated based on the 'Training Grace Period (calendar days)' that is set at the document category level.

 

 

Audit Trail

The comment that was left by the user who forced the selected users to retrain will be listed in the account audit trail.
