Note: Users need the Administration: Account Super User or Can Create, View, and be assigned as Owners on SCORM + Owner of the SCORM to perform actions below.
With our 29.4.0 release, you now will have the ability to Reset SCORM Training Attempts for Users. If users run out of attempts to complete the SCORM training, this action will allow you to add an extra attempt for your SCORM trainee.
To reset SCORM attempts for a user:
- Navigate to the SCORM training
- Select the desired user(s)/roles
- Select Group Actions > Reset Attempts for Selected Users (individuals/roles).
- You will receive a Success message confirming the attempts were reset successfully
Note: This action permanently erases all progress data for non-completed training records
An audit trail event will be triggered upon reset:
