Note: The instructions below illustrate how users can upload files directly from their account when doing a document migration. If you are currently in an active implementation, your Project Manager will assist you with migrating in your files and will give instructions for next steps. For active clients, this is the first step you will complete when you need to migrate in documents with the help of the ZenQMS Help Desk. Once you have added the files via the import tool, please reach out to the help desk to submit the migration template to complete the migration.
Importing Files to Account for ZenQMS Implementation
Log into the sandbox and/or production account. From the Main Dashboard, click on the Settings icon:
Click on the 'import/export' option. Next, click on the 'documents' option:
Click on 'upload files' and add the files that need migrated into the account:
You will see a success message once you have uploaded all of the files:
*Stop here and reach out to your Implementation Project Manager for further instructions.
Importing Files to Account for Current ZenQMS Clients
Please follow the directions listed above. Once you have successfully uploaded the files in your account to this section, reach out to the ZenQMS Help Desk with the completed document migration template to complete the migration.
Note: It is important to deleted the files in this importer tool when the migration is completed. To delete the files from the list, click on the 'clear all files' option.
