How to Configure Task Types for Issues

Note: Users will need the permission "Configuration: Tasks" to configure task types.

 

Configuring Task Types 

Log in to your ZenQMS account and click on Settings:

Click on Configuration - Tasks:

Click Create:

Editing Existing Task Types

You can edit existing types by clicking on the hyperlinked name. You can remove, edit the name of the task type, make it active, or not active:
