NEW Activate, Invite, Disable Users & Reset Password

All four of these actions can be performed in the Users tab under Member Account.  Below will take you through the steps to complete each one.

PERMISSION = "Member Administration/Configuration"

PLEASE NOTE - do not add the user to ZenQMS until their email address has been created

To get to Users:

1. Log into ZenQMS

2. Click on your name in the upper righthand corner and choose "Profile" from the dropdown 

3. Click "Member Account" on the lefthand side

4. Click on "Users"

ACTIVATE

1. Search for the user(s) you would like to Activate by typing their name in the text box under "Name" or email address under "Email/Log-in". Click the checkbox to the left of their name(s).

2. Click on  Activate_User_button.png. A modal box will appear to confirm the activation and the user will get an email letting them know that they have been activated.

 

INVITE

1. Search for the user(s) you would like to Invite by typing their name in the text box under "Name" or email address under "Email/Log-in". Click the checkbox to the left of their name(s).

2. Click on send_invite_button.png. A text box will pop up that allows you to create a message that will be included in the email invite. They will receive an email from noreply@zenqms.com with their invitation link once the invitation is confirmed.

 

DISABLE

1. Search for the user(s) you would like to Disable by typing their name in the text box under "Name" or email address under "Email/Log-in". Click the checkbox to the left of their name(s).

2. Click the disable_user_button.png. You will get a modal box confirming that you have disabled that user(s)

 

RESET PASSWORD

1. Search for the user(s) whose password(s) need to be reset by typing their name in the text box under "Name" or email address under "Email/Log-in". Click the checkbox to the left of their name(s).

2. Click on the reset_password_button.png. You will get a modal box confirming that you have reset their password and that the user has been sent an email with a temporary password link and instructions.
