To assist with organizing your Qsheets, the application has a tagging tool called Labels. Creating a label for a Qsheet will add the Qsheet to your Watch List. The Watch List is a table of all tagged Qsheets; you can filter this table by labels, quickly update existing labels, etc... Examples of typical labels might be Supplier, Manufacturer, Contractor, API, Product xyz, etc...
ADDING A LABEL TO A QSHEET
1. Log into the ZenQMS
2. Using the Jump to Qsheet search at the bottom of the page, find and select the Qsheet that you would like to tag with a label
3. Click the button above the Qsheet details
4. If you have existing labels, you can select them from the Assign an Existing Label to Select Sites drop-down menu, or you can create a new label by adding a value to the Type New Label Here field

REMOVING A LABEL FROM A QSHEET
1. Log into the ZenQMS
2. Using the Jump to Qsheet search at the bottom of the page, find and select the Qsheet that you would like to untag
3. Click the button above the Qsheet details
4. If the Qsheet already has a label, you can remove it be selecting the label from the Remove a Label from the Selected Sites drop-down menu
