To complete the signature, log into ZenQMS. From the Main Dashboard, click Signatures Needed then the issue option from your Activity List:
The Main Dashboard will drill down listing the Issue that needs your signature. Click on the hyperlinked Issue Key ID:
After clicking the Key ID, you will be taken to the section of the Issue that needs your signature. The "signatures/reviews" section will state the signature reason and require your user ID and password (PIN if you are an SSO user). You might be required to leave a comment if it was configured to be required.
Click Approve to complete the signature. Click Reject if needed:

If clicking Approve:
A slider box will appear. You will see:
1. The next stage the Issue will be transitioning to
2. The signature reason
3. User's ID that is approving the stage
4. User's password
5. Comment, if needed
6. Click "Submit Electronic Signature" when completed

Rejection Signature
If clicking Reject:
An slider box will appear. You will see:
1. The same stage the Issue will be staying on until the stage is approved
2. The signature reason
3. User's ID that is rejecting the stage
4. User's password
5. Comment, which is required
6. Click "Submit Electronic Signature" when completed
