When you click on the Complete Task button a Task Workflow window will appear, you will need to launch the workflow. The signatures will be routed to who-ever the Task Assignee was and other workflow steps can be added at that time.
Close - Incomplete
If you click on "Close-Incomplete", you will get the following pop-up:
This button appears before the task has been started and after the task has been started. This option can be chosen at either time if this task is no longer need to be implemented.
***Either the Task must be completed or marked as Not Implemented (Close-Incomplete) in order to move on to the next stage. The only way to re-open a Task would be to revert all signatures for that stage, which would re-open the stage allowing you to re-open a task that is in that stage.
