Users can individually customize application notifications, choose what they get notifications for, and the frequency that they receive them. To customize Issue Module notification settings, navigate to Settings - Notifications:

By default, users' notification settings will be set to "never", so each user will need to go into the notifications tab in order to customize the sending frequencies.
When users receive Issue Module email notifications, the email will define what Issue it is referencing and the Issue Key ID will be a hyperlink that will open to the page if you are already logged into your ZenQMS account. If you are not you will be required to login:
