Note: When a user receives this notification is based on how they have configured their Change Control & Signature Notification settings.

 

To complete the signature/view acknowledgement, log into ZenQMS and click Signatures Needed then the issue option from your Activity List:

The Main Dashboard will drill down listing the Change Control that needs your signature. Click on the hyperlinked Change Control Key ID:

After clicking the Key ID, you will be taken to the section of the Change Control that needs your signature. The signatures/reviews section will state the signature reason and require your user ID and password (PIN if you are an SSO user). You might be required to leave a comment if it was configured to be required. Click Approve to complete the signature. Click Reject if needed:

If Approving

A slider box will appear. You will see:

1. The next stage the change control will be transitioning to

2. The signature reason

3. User's ID that is approving the stage

4. User's password 

5. Comment, if needed

6. Click "Submit Electronic Signature" when completed

If Rejecting

A slider box will appear. You will see:

1. The signature reason

2. User's ID that is rejecting the stage

3. User's password

4. Comment, which is required

5. Click "Submit Electronic Signature" when completed

Note: Any "View" assignments will also be listed under "Issues, Change Control or Task Signatures". When you click on the hyperlinked Change Control Key , you will be taken to the Change Control that you need to view. At this point, you will not have to take any other action. Your "View" assignment will be completed and logged with the time stamp of the date and time you viewed the stage.
