Inserting Default Document Headers

If you ARE inserting custom fields please use the following parameters:

- In your document the top margin needs to be set to a minimum of 1.75 - 2.00 inches. Testing your document margins in your Sandbox is a great way to evaluate what your top margins settings should be. 

- In your document the left and right margin needs to be set a minimum of .55 inches.

- If you insert page numbers in the top left, top center or top right corner of your document the number will overlap with the header.

- The logo that has been uploaded in the system will appear in the top left square of the header automatically.

If you ARE NOT inserting custom fields please use the following parameters:

- Top margin needs to be set to a minimum of 1.50 inches.

- Left and right margin needs to be set a minimum of .55 inches

- If you insert page numbers in the top left, top center or top right corner of your document the number will overlap with the header.

- The logo that has been uploaded in the system will appear in the top left square of the header automatically.

Please see the attached four documents. Two are the original word documents used and the other two have been uploaded into the application and have the default headers inserted.
