Default Document Headers Requirements

If you ARE inserting ZenQMS generated headers please use the following parameters:

- In your document the top margin needs to be set to a minimum of 2.00 inches. Testing your document margins in your Sandbox is a great way to evaluate what your top margins settings should be. 

- In your document the left and right margin needs to be set a minimum of .55 inches.

- If you insert page numbers in the top left, top center or top right corner of your document the number will overlap with the header.

- The logo that has been uploaded in the system will appear in the top left square of the header automatically.

If you ARE NOT inserting ZenQMS generated headers please use the following parameters:

- Top margin needs to be set to a minimum of 1.50 inches.

- Left and right margin needs to be set a minimum of .55 inches

- The logo that has been uploaded in the system will appear in the top left square of the header automatically.

Here is an example of a document that has a 2.00 inch margin at the top with the ZenQMS generated header applied:

The ZenQMS generated header, by default, displays:

1. The document name

2. The document category

3. Company logo

4. Version Number

5. State of Document

6. Effective Date

7. ZenQMS Generated Document ID Number

NOTE: Users can add up to three additional custom fields that can display in the ZenQMS generated header.
