Creating & Updating Site Workflows

One of the most important configuration settings for the Issues module is the Site Workflow. The Site Workflow approval step comes after the investigator/Action assign reviews and is the last gate before the issue moves into the implementation step (Issues/Actions Lifecycle). Similar to document categories with documents, sites define the workflows for issues. 

CREATING & UPDATING SITE WORKFLOWS

1. Log into the ZenQMS

2. Click on your name in the upper righthand corner and choose Administration from the drop-down 

3. Click Configuration on the lefthand side, located under Site Management

4. Select the Workflow Templates tab

5. From the drop-down menu, select Screen_Shot_2018-10-09_at_3.28.31_PM.png

6. Select a Site from the next drop-down menu

7. Update the step name, approval reason, delegation settings, and/or users/user groups

8. Click 

9. (optional) If you would like to add additional workflow steps, click , fill out the required information, and click
