How to Set-Up Actions & Root Cause Categories

You can edit the list of options that appear in the Root Cause Category and the Actions Category fields. 

1. Log into ZenQMS and click on your last name in the upper righthand corner. Select Administration from the dropdown.

2. Click on Member Account on the lefthand side and scroll to the bottom to the section called "Member Category Configuration".  Here you can Add/Disable or Edit issue types that you are tracking in the app.
