One of the most useful and efficient tools within the documents module are report filters. Report filters allow you to jump to a specific sub-set of documents immediately without having to select the specific column filters each time. There are two main types of filters within the documents: full table: Report Filters and Advanced Report Filters.
CREATING REPORT FILTERS
1. Log into the ZenQMS
2. Click on the Documents Dashboard (on the Home tab)
3. On the Documents Dashboard, select Documents: Full Table from the drop-down
4. Set the column filters that you would like to use for your report.
* You can set as many filters as needed, there is not a restriction on the total filter count
5. After you have set your filters, above the table click the drop-down located to the right of the
button.

7. Enter a Name for the new report then click
CREATING ADVANCED REPORT FILTERS
1. Log into the ZenQMS
2. Click on the Documents Dashboard (on the Home tab)
3. On the Documents Dashboard, select Documents: Full Table from the drop-down
4. Set the column filters that you would like to use for your report.
* You can set as many filters as needed, there is not a restriction on the total filter count
5. After you've set up the basic filters, there should be a at the bottom of the table under the page count. Click on the blue link style text to the right of
6. You've now entered the Advanced Filter Building; you can click on any item to modify, add, or remove filter criteria. After you've finished making your changes, click
7. After you have set your filters, above the table click the drop-down located to the right of the
button.

ACCESSING FILTERS
There are 2 ways to access your newly created filters:
- Reports Dashboard
- Navigate to the Reports Dashboard (on the Home tab)
- Click on the name of your report
- Documents: Full Table
- Click on the Documents Dashboard (on the Home tab)
- On the Documents Dashboard, select Documents: Full Table from the drop-down
- Above the table click the
- Select the name of your report
