How to Assign Multiple Attempts for a Test

NOTE: Users will need the permission "Can See & Edit All Tests" to assign multiple attempts for a test.

If an assignee(s) fails a test and you would either like to allow them another attempt or delete their first attempt and allow them to re-take it, you would need to do the following:

1. Log into ZenQMS

2. Click on the Training Module.

3. Select "Training: Tests" from the "My Training Dashboard" drop down.

4. On the Tests Full Table find the test in which you would like to add an attempt for and click "Edit"

 

Adding More Attempts for All Assigned Users

1. Scroll down in the details to "Attempts Allowed". Type in the new number of attempts, press "Save":

Adding Additional Attempts for a Single Assignee

1. Click on the "Manage Assigned Trainees/Results" tab.

2. Find the user you would like to give another attempt to. In the "Attempts" column click on "Add 1":

3. The user will now see the test again in their training pie chart and can attempt to take the test again.

 

How to Reset Test Result and Allow User to Re-Take

1. Click on the "Manage Assigned Trainees/Results" tab

2. Find the user you would like to reset the test results for and click on their score percentage.

3. Click on the "Manually Reset This Test Result and Allow User to Re-Take Test" link on the top right side.

4. A window will pop up asking "Are you sure you want to delete this test result for this user?" and Select "Yes".

5. The user will now see the test again in their training pie chart and can attempt to take the test again.
