How to Manage Assignees for Training Courses, Training Events & Tests

Managing assignees for Training Courses, Training Events & Tests are very similar for each module.  Below are the steps on how to manage Training Course Assignees, Training Event Assignees & Test Assignees.

 

Managing Training Assignees for Training Courses

NOTE: Users will need the permission "Can Create/Manage New Training Courses" to manage assignees for courses.

1. Log into ZenQMS

2. Click on the Training Module. 

3. Select "Training: Courses" from the "My Training Dashboard" drop down.

4. Select the course that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on "Edit"

5. Scroll down to the Trainees/Participants section and click on "Manage Users/Groups".

 

Managing Training Assignees for Training Events

NOTE: Users will need the permission "Can Edit any Events That User Has Access To" to manage assignees for training events.

1. Log into ZenQMS

2. Click on the Training Module.

3. Select "Training: Events" from the "My Training Dashboard" drop down.

4. Select the event that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on "Edit".

5. Scroll down to the Assigned Trainees section and click on "Manage Assigned Trainees".

 

Managing Training Assignees for Tests

NOTE: Users will need the permission "Can See & Edit All Tests" to manage assignees for tests.

1. Log into ZenQMS

2. Click on the Training Module.

3. Select "Training: Tests" from the "My Training Dashboard" drop down.

4. Select the test that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on "Edit".

5. Click "Manage Assigned Trainees/Results" tab at the top right.
