Managing assignees for Training Courses, Training Events & Tests are very similar for each module. Below are the steps on how to manage Training Course Assignees, Training Event Assignees & Test Assignees.
Managing Training Assignees for Training Courses:
PERMISSION NEEDED: "Can Create/Manage New Training Courses"
1. Log into ZenQMS
2. Click on the Training Module on the left hand side
3. Select "Training: Courses" from the "My Training Dashboard" drop down:
4. Select the course that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on "Edit"
5. Scroll down to the Trainees/Participants section and click on "Manage Users/Groups"
Managing Training Assignees for Training Events:
PERMISSION NEEDED: "Can Edit any Events That User Has Access To"
1. Log into ZenQMS
2. Click on the Training Module on the left hand side
3. Select "Training: Events" from the "My Training Dashboard" drop down:
4. Select the event that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on "Edit"
5. Scroll down to the Assigned Trainees section and click on "Manage Assigned Trainees"
Managing Training Assignees for Tests:
PERMISSION NEEDED: "Can See & Edit All Tests"
1. Log into ZenQMS
2. Click on the Training Module on the left hand side
3. Select "Training: Tests" from the "My Training Dashboard" drop down:
4. Select the test that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on "Edit"
5. Click "Manage Assigned Trainees/Results" tab at the top right:
