Managing assignees for Training Courses, Training Events & Tests are very similar for each module. Below are the steps on how to manage Training Course Assignees, Training Event Assignees & Test Assignees.
Managing Training Assignees for Training Courses
Log into ZenQMS and click on the Training Module icon. Select Training: Courses from the My Training Dashboard dropdown.
Select the course that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on Edit. Scroll down to the Trainees/Participants section and click on Manage Users/Groups.
Managing Training Assignees for Training Events

Log into ZenQMS and click on the Training Module icon. Select Training: Events from the My Training Dashboard dropdown.
Select the event that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on Edit. Scroll down to the Assigned Trainees section and click on Manage Assigned Trainees.
Managing Training Assignees for Tests
Log into ZenQMS and click on the Training Module icon. Select Training: Tests from the My Training Dashboard dropdown.
Select the test that you would like to manage the assignees for and click on Edit. Click Manage Assigned Trainees/Results tab at the top right.
