Users have the ability to add a personal event, like a class and or training, they did that took place outside of their company. A user with correct permissions can also create a personal event for another user.
Creating a Personal Event for Yourself:
1. Log into ZenQMS and click on the Training Module, on the left hand side
2. Click on the dropdown labeled "My Training Dashboard" and select "Training: Events"
3. Click on , create a Topic for the event, fill in the date of the event, and click
4. The Event Management/Review window will open and you will need fill in the required fields
5. You can upload any attachments by clicking on the "Upload More" link or link any existing item within ZenQMS by clicking on
6. Click . An e-signature box will appear and you can immediately sign off on the approval of the event. In order to complete the workflow, you must have a Supervisor assigned to you within ZenQMS. Once they sign off, the event will become Effective
7. Once effective, the event will be visible in the Training Events table and in your Dossier
Creating a Personal Event for Another User as a Trainer, Super User, or User:
PERMISSION NEEDED: "Can Create Personal Events for Other Users"
1. Log into ZenQMS and click on the Training Module, on the left hand side
2. Click on the dropdown labeled "My Training Dashboard" and select "Training: Events"
3. Click on , create a Topic for the event, fill in the date of the event, and click
4. The Event Management/Review window will open. Fill in the required fields and select the user you are creating the event for from the "Trainee" drop-down.
5. You can upload any attachments by clicking on the "Upload More" link or link any existing item within ZenQMS by clicking on
6. Click . An e-signature box will appear and you can immediately sign off on the approval of the event and the event will become Effective
7. Once effective, the event will be visible in the Training Events table and in the User's Dossier
